On behalf of the Certified Coaches Alliance, we warmly welcome the renewal of your professional International Coach Standing.
It is neither the mission or mandate of the CCA to govern or to limit your professional coaching practice in any way. Rather, the CCA is charged with maintaining accurate records of the "active" and "non-active" status of our Coaches.
The CCA acts as a reference and point of contact for any individual requesting information on one of our Affiliated Coaches. As your official affiliation body, it is important that you maintain a consistent, ongoing relationship with the CCA over time. Your official International Coach Certification status is reliant upon keeping your affiliation with the CCA current. Your ongoing International Coach Certification is reliant on timely renewal cycles unless you choose to hold an Enduring Certification which requires no ongoing certification renewal process.

Terms of Service:
For your convenience the CCA provides you with a STRIPE gateway as a convenient way of paying for and keeping your International Coach Certification fees current. The CCA does not have access to your personal banking information. Any subscription that is purchased is processed upon its anniversary date via the STRIPE system. Upon receipt of notice from STRIPE that a payment has been processed via STRIPE our Support Team will contact you via email with a confirmation. It may take 24-hours for us to receive a STRIPE notification.
STRIPE Subscriptions:
For your convenience the CCA offers payment for International Certification via STRIPE. STRIPE will automatically process your renewal each year as a subscription on the anniversary date of your purchase until you cancel the subscription. Please note that we DO NOT have your banking or credit card information. When using STRIPE, your banking and personal information is kept confidential. In future, should you decide to pay for ongoing certification via a different method or choose to close your International Coach Certification you must turn off the subscription in your STRIPE account at least 48-hours before the next transaction takes place.
Refunds of Certification Fees:
There are no refunds for any reason, on certification fees that are processed through first time or subscription renewals. Upon placing your initial order or renewal of certification, several events immediately spring into action:
a) The CCA office is notified by STRIPE of the transaction
b) The CCA Registrar orders your badge and accompanying display document
c) The CCA Support Team immediately orders your Digital Documentation of training hours completed
d) The CCA immediately orders your personalized Online Certification Document
Digital documentation is delivered by the CCA Document Support Team via email from [email protected].
What if I don't have a STRIPE account?
You may use this gateway to pay for your certification using either a Visa or MasterCard.
Is there further help I can access?
In the unlikely event that you are having problems with the payment you can request that our office send you a STRIPE Invoice to the email address that the CCA has on file.

This is a Stripe subscription for ONE designation and will automatically renew on its anniversary date each 2-years until cancelled.
Includes One (1) Certificate of Graduation for each program completed. (Authorized Digital Format);
ONE (1) Online Digital Document and ONE (1) corresponding display document (Authorized Digital Format).
OPTION 2 - 3-year Certification Cycle - $79.00 USD
This is a Stripe subscription for ONE designation and will automatically renew on its anniversary date each 3-years until cancelled.
Includes One (1) Certificate of Graduation for each program completed. (Authorized Digital Format);
ONE (1) Online Digital Document and ONE (1) corresponding display document (Authorized Digital Format).
OPTION 3 - Enduring Certification (Lifetime) - $299.00 USD
A one-time processing fee through Stripe for ONE designation with no ongoing renewal cycle.
Includes One (1) Certificate of Graduation for each program completed. (Authorized Digital Format);
ONE (1) Online Digital Document and ONE (1) corresponding display document (Authorized Digital Format).
