| Dear Coach:
On behalf of the Certified Coaches Alliance, we warmly welcome you back into full standing as an Internationally Certified Coach. It is neither the mission or mandate of the CCA to govern or to limit your professional coaching practice in any way. Rather, the CCA is charged with maintaining accurate records of the "active" and "non-active" status of our Coaches. The CCA acts as a reference and point of contact for any individual requesting information on one of our Affiliated Coaches. As your official affiliation body, it is important that you maintain a consistent, ongoing relationship with the CCA over time. Your official International Coach Certification status is reliant upon keeping your affiliation with the CCA current. Your ongoing International Coach Certification is reliant on timely renewal cycles unless you choose to hold an Enduring Certification which requires no ongoing certification renewal process. The Support Team Terms of Service: For your convenience the CCA provides you with a PayPal gateway as a convenient way of paying for and keeping your International Coach Certification fees current. The CCA does not have access to your personal banking information. Any subscription that is purchased is processed upon its anniversary date via the PayPal system. Upon receipt of notice from PayPal that a payment has been processed via PayPal our Support Team will contact you via email with a confirmation. It may take 24-hours for us to receive a PayPal notification. PayPal Services: For your convenience the CCA offers payment for International Certification via PayPal. PayPal will automatically process your renewal in accordance with your PayPal account. NOTE: We DO NOT have access to your banking or credit card information. When using PayPal, your banking and personal information is kept confidential. Refunds of Certification Fees: There are no refunds on Certification fees that have been processed, for any reason. Upon placing your initial order or renewal of certification several events immediately spring into action: a) our office is noticed by PayPal of the transaction, b) the Webmaster updates your Online Authentication URL, c) our Support Team immediately orders and pays in advance for the printing of your new documentation that will be sent to you via the post service. What if I don't have a PayPal account? If you do not have an active PayPal account most geographical areas will permit you to use this gateway to pay for your certification using either a Visa or MasterCard. Once you begin the payment process you should see a text link that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here." Please note that some geographical areas do not display this link. Is there further help I can access? In the unlikely event that you are having problems with the payment process you have two options. You can request that our office send you a PayPal Invoice to the email address connected to your PayPal account or you can contact the Graduate Liaison for the school of coaching from which you have graduated.
