Through this page you may choose to have your International Coaching Certification Documents sent to you via courier once they are printed and ready for sending.
If you have not already done so, provide your postal address update by visiting our CCA Postal Address Update Form.
After purchase, provide the following details of your purchase by sending an email to: [email protected]
- The name of the individual purchasing the service if not the coach and the corresponding email address;
- The name of the coach for whom the service is purchased and his/her email address.
When your documents are printed and sent via courier you will be updated by email. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as we receive it. The time of delivery from Canada to outside North America may take up to 14-days.

Terms of Service:
For your convenience the CCA provides you with a PayPal gateway as a convenient way of paying for the courier service. The courier will provide us with a tracking number which we will then pass on to you via email.
*To ensure that delivery is the most convenient for you, your envelop will be sent without requiring a signature.
Refunds of Courier Fees:
The CCA takes no responsibility for direct delivery of your documents. Any loss of documents or delays in arrival are the direct responsibility of the courier. Should your package be lost the CCA will assist you in taking up your case with the courier service.
