In the year 2009 the CCA received a number emails from our affiliated coaches inquiring about
what the best alternative would be to receiving certificates suitable for mall-mounting.
Coaches were informing us that as they usually don't have clients visit their home offices,
that it may be better to move away from these large documents and look for viable alternatives.

After taking an opinion poll of our affiliated coaches we followed their lead and in 2010 we 
changed the format and moved to begin creating plastic wallet size certification cards just as you see them today.
Everyone gave rave reviews!

We've all heard it said that what goes around, comes around again!
Throughout the last six month period our office has begun receiving requests once again for
documents suitable for wall-mounting. Other requests have come forward requesting that some documents
be sent in portable document format (PDF) so allow one's credentials to be easily shared if necessary.

We do have some concerns with PDF files regarding tampering with their authenticity, however, there are viable
alternatives that can ensure a greater degree of security so that documents cannot be easily tampered with.

So we want to know ...

Do you prefer to continue to receive wallet-size plastic certification cards, or do you prefer to return to the document size certification?
