ORAL INTERVIEW COMMITMENT

Dear Student of Coaching:

As you know, the Examination Review Committee of the Certified Coaches Alliance has completed a review of your Final Quiz and has informed you that you were unsuccessful in achieving a passing score of 80% or greater.

How the (CCA) plays a role in your International Coach Certification:

The CCA acts as the oversight separation of power between the student and the affiliated school of training to ensure that program guidelines are adhered to (ICF / CCA Approved Coach Specific Training Hours), and by utilizing the final quiz scores to evaluate a pass or fail judgment as an impartial observer.

Terms of Service:

The Examination Review Committee therefore invites you to book and complete an oral interview within 15-days of the date of notice of your quiz outcome. A fee of $150.00 USD must be paid prior to booking your date for the oral interview. Once your payment has been received you will be contacted via email or phone to complete your interview to insure a timely action.

Reasoning:

We understand that many individuals do not perform well when writing and examination or quiz. This can be due to negative pass experience or fears surrounding taking this step after many passed since last performing this type of activity.

The oral interview is based on open conversation whereby the interviewer has an opportunity to glean information on what the student has learned in a comfortable and non-threatening format. We know that many individuals can easily present their skills and knowledge through conversations where performing during a test is more threatening.

In most instances, students receive the outcome of the oral interview within 24-hours. Once notice of passing the oral interview is received, the student is then directed through the affiliation/certification process.

Refunds of Certification Examination Fees:

There are no refunds for any reason, on Oral Interview fees that have been processed.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

In most instances a PayPal account is not required to complete this payment and credit cards are accepted.
When using PayPal, your banking and personal information is kept confidential.

Is there further help I can access?

In the unlikely event that you experience problems with the payment process or gateway request that the CCA office send you a PayPal Invoice to the email address. In most instances, invoicing works globally.
