This guide is the key to working successfully with your clients. The model introduces the concept of the client-centered coaching session designed to consider the client's entire need for self-growth. Take the time read and ensure that you fully understand the model. Pay particular attention to Socratic Questioning (the new art of the coach). Affirmation Frames:
These powerful 10-minute subliminal Affirmation Frames recordings are integral to your coaching conversations and to supporting your client's need for change and flexibility. Affirmation Frames work on the powerful concept of Ego-Strengthening and empower the listener by bypassing the conscious brain that tends to limit us, and directly delivering the new thought and concepts directly to the listeners unconscious brain which is open to suggestion and change. Your clients should to listen to only one Affirmation Frames topic both morning and evening for the entire week. You will find an introduction to the use of Affirmation Frames when listening to the "Coaching Session Guide" introduction.

Each Affirmation Frames zip file includes:

  • Corresponding instructions and script that you can provide to your client to listen to twice daily on repeat mode.
  • Two or three versions of the Affirmation Frame approximately 10-minutes in length
    • One with waves, water and the one totally silent which delivers its subliminal messages directly to the subconscious part of the brain

For best results, instruct your client to listen to the silent version of the Affirmation Frame on "repeat." This can be used while sleeping, doing chores, reading or working. It is recommended that no subliminal recordings be used while driving or working with machinery of any type.

HINT: As most email providers limit the size of emails being transmitted, most mp3 recordings and larger files cannot be sent via email. We suggest that you visit www.dropbox.com and get a free account. A dropbox account will allow you to store the affirmation frames and other files in a public folder. You can then send your client the download link for them to download the Affirmation Frames directly from your email without you needing to send them anything physically.



 

BONUS FILE: Goal Setting Forms/Goal to Action Plan. These are easy to use forms will assist you in goal setting with your clients. Use the form(s) that best work with your personal style. The use of these forms are not required, but helpful when working with a client who needs "visual" assistance in working through to their goals and objectives. These forms are in Microsoft Word format and can be easily adapted and changed to suit your own personal taste.
